1. Club Sponsor – £TBC on application

    • Branding on first-team home and away kits (shorts, sleeve etc)

2. Official Kit Sponsorship – £5,000 – £10,000 + VAT per annum

3. Stadium Sponsorship – (minimum 3 year commitment)
Year 1 – £25,000 + VAT (covers the production of branding)
Year 2 & 3 – £20,000 + VAT per annum

    • Naming rights for Jenner Park match days

    • Matchday program advertisement and branding on team sheets

    • PA announcements and advertising during home games

    • Complimentary matchday tickets and hospitality for VIP clients

    • Branding on key areas of the stadium

    • Digital branding throughout our social media

    • Exposure to matchday programmes

    • Invites to all Sponsor events – 2 complimentary to the Annual Barry Town United Golf Day

    • Private table of 10 for every home match (league only) including complimentary food and 3 drink tokens per person

 

4. Digital & Social Media Sponsorship – £3,000 + VAT

    • Sponsored content on club social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok)

    • Website advertising and email marketing promotions

    • Exclusive digital partnerships for match highlights and interviews

    • 2 x hospitality tickets for our Jenner Suite hospitality, every match day (league only)

    • Branding at the stadium

    • Digital activations throughout the season

    • Sponsor of all club interviews via Barry Town social media

 

5. Player & Staff Sponsorship – £500 + VAT per player 

    • Individual player sponsorship with branding on the club website and matchday programs

    • The business logo associated with the chosen player in team announcements and press releases

    • Photo opportunities and meet-and-greet sessions with sponsored player

 

6. Barry Town United Academy and Community Partnerships – £20,000 + VAT

    • Sponsorship of Barry Town United FC’s Academy and youth teams

    • Co-branded community football events and school programs

    • Support for our football-in-the-community initiatives

    • Activation events throughout the year in conjunction with Barry Town United

    • Sponsorship of all Barry Town United FC football camps

    • Front of shirt branding on all Academy level kit (U’6s > U’15s)

    • Branding in Barry Town first team programmes and full-page

    • Table of 10 in our Matchday hospitality for 5 Barry Town fixtures

    • Sponsorship of our Grassroots festival

    • Perimeter board advertising for the duration of the partnership

7. Barry Town United Matchday Sponsorship – £750 + VAT

    • The game is to be shared as “Barry Town FC vs Opponent, sponsored by…”

    • Private Table of 10 in our hospitality suite (details below)

        • Complimentary drinks

    • MOTM presentation

    • Company branding in our Jenner Suite (the company responsible)

    • Logo and page in the Matchday programme

    • Social media presence leading up to the Match

    • Signed Barry Town FC shirt presented post-game

 

Advertising Opportunities

 

Your brand can gain significant exposure through various advertising channels:

    • Perimeter Boards – £600 + VAT: High-impact pitch-side advertising at Jenner Park Stadium (year 2 – £500 + VAT)

    • Matchday Program Ads – £250 + VAT: Feature in our official matchday publications

    • LED Advertising – £500 + VAT: LED Advertising (2 mins per match) at Jenner Park

    • Jenner Suite Sponsorship – £2,500 + VAT: Sponsorship of our new hospitality suite. The fee includes branding for the first year, then reduced to £1,500 + VAT per annum.

    • VIP Lounge Access: Pre-match dining, complimentary drinks, and exclusive seating

        • Tables of 10 – £250 + VAT

        • Individual (shared table) – £30 + VAT per person

    • Networking Events: Regular business events with club executives, players, and fellow sponsors. Monthly Networking events at Jenner Park, invites to Sponsor events such as golf days, corporate days, away days etc.
