With excitement building ahead of what promises to be a fantastic evening of fireworks, entertainment and family fun, we’ve put together all the important information you need to know before arriving at Jenner Park.
From entry times and ticket information to refreshments, parking and safety arrangements, here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your evening.
Event Timings and Entry Information
Gates at Jenner Park will open at 5:00pm on Friday evening, with our fairground rides and stalls also opening at the same time.
The spectacular fireworks display is scheduled to begin at 7:00pm, with the final entry into Jenner Park strictly at 6:30pm.
Supporters are strongly encouraged to arrive early to avoid long queues and ensure they are inside the ground in plenty of time before the display begins.
Please note that once you have entered Jenner Park, there will be no re-entry if you choose to leave the ground.
Entry will be available through both the Barry Road and Gladstone Road turnstiles.
For those requiring assistance, please make your way to the Gladstone Road entrance and inform our gate operators, who will be happy to help you access the appropriate area.
Unfortunately, there will be no disabled parking available at the event.
Ticket Information – Online Sales Only
Please be aware that tickets will NOT be available to purchase on the gate.
This is an online ticket-only event, and all tickets must be purchased before 6:30pm on Friday evening or before the event sells out, whichever comes first.
Every person attending the event must have a valid ticket, including babies and young children in prams.
To help speed up entry, please have your tickets ready to present to our scanning team upon arrival.
Tickets will have been sent to the email address used when purchasing. Alternatively, you can access them by logging into your Fanbase account and visiting the ‘Wallet’ section, where your purchased tickets will be displayed.
We recommend having your tickets ready before reaching the turnstiles to help minimise waiting times.
Fireworks Viewing Arrangements
The fireworks display will begin at 7:00pm, with all spectators required to watch from the designated West Stand area of Jenner Park.
Seating within the West Stand will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all seats have been occupied, spectators will be directed to the running track area, where they can enjoy the display.
Our stewards will be positioned throughout the ground to assist spectators and ensure everyone can enjoy the fireworks safely.
Should you need to leave during the display, please speak to your nearest steward, who will direct you towards the safest available exit.
Fairground Rides, Food and Refreshments
There’s plenty more to enjoy at Jenner Park before the fireworks light up the Barry sky!
Our fairground rides will be open from 5:00pm, providing entertainment for families and children ahead of the main event.
A selection of stalls will also be available throughout the evening, offering hot food, sweets, confectionery and light-up toys.
Please note that all fairground rides, food stalls and merchandise will carry an additional charge.
Both cash and card payments will be accepted at the food stalls and fairground rides. However, cash payments are preferred where possible to help reduce queues due to the large number of attendees expected.
The Jenner Park clubhouse will also be open throughout the evening, serving a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
Supporters wishing to access the clubhouse must present their valid fireworks event ticket.
Parking and Travel Arrangements
There will be no on-site parking available at Jenner Park during the event.
With a large attendance expected, we encourage visitors to walk to the ground or use public transport wherever possible.
For those travelling by car, we kindly ask that you park responsibly and remain considerate of residents living around Jenner Park.
Please avoid obstructing driveways, access points or surrounding roads.
We also ask everyone to respect our neighbours when arriving at and departing from the event.
Safety and Security Information
The safety and enjoyment of everyone attending our Fireworks Night is our priority.
Bag searches will be carried out upon arrival at Jenner Park, so please allow additional time when planning your journey.
Sparklers and alcohol are strictly prohibited from being brought into the ground. Any prohibited items discovered during searches will be confiscated for safety reasons.
Alcoholic drinks will be available to purchase inside the clubhouse.
Our stewards and event staff will be on hand throughout the evening to provide assistance and ensure the event runs as smoothly and safely as possible.
We kindly ask all attendees to follow instructions provided by our stewards.
