The Town return to Novira Cymru Premier action this Friday as we welcome Trefelin BGC to Jenner Park.
Barry will be looking to bounce back and return to winning ways following last Saturday’s 1-3 defeat against Haverfordwest County.
This Friday’s fixture will also be FREE ENTRY for all supporters! Following the difficult weather conditions last weekend and with half-term underway, the club wants to give families the perfect opportunity to enjoy a night of football together. – https://barrytown.co.uk/halloween-bonanza-free-entry-for-barry-town-uniteds-friday-night-clash/
The Opposition
Founded: 1984 – as Trefelin Boys & Girls Club
Nickname: Tref
Manager: Andy Hill
Distance from Jenner Park: 33.6 miles (Google Maps)
Trefelin currently sit 15th in the Novira Cymru Premier as they continue to adapt to life in the top flight following their Cymru South title-winning campaign in 2025/26.
Tref head to Jenner Park looking to bounce back after suffering a 0-2 home defeat against Flint Town United.
However, they have already shown they can compete at this level, having recently secured a historic first-ever Cymru Premier victory with a 1-3 away win against Cardiff Met.
The visitors will be hoping to build on that result and pick up another valuable three points on their travels.
We wish the travelling officials and supporters a safe journey to Jenner Park and look forward to welcoming them on Friday evening.
